G4STAB Melting Temperature Prediction Database

This tool allows users to explore predicted melting temperatures of experimentally validated DNA G-quadruplex (G4) using our deep learning model based on various ionic conditions. The data presented provides thermodynamic stability predictions that may help researchers understand how DNA G4 structures behave in different ionic environments.

How to Use This Tool

1. Motif Search
• Enter one or more DNA motifs (A, T, G, C only) to find DNA G4 structures. Spaces will be ignored and searches are not case-sensitive
• When multiple motifs are entered, the search will return sequences containing all entered motifs
• Leave sequence field empty to view stability predictions for all sequences in the dataset
2. Select Ionic Condition
• Choose one of the four ionic conditions from the dropdown menu
• Each selection will display stability predictions optimized for that specific ionic environment
3. Search
• Click the "Search" button to view stability predictions
• Results will show predicted melting temperatures from our deep learning model
